Default force prediction on ship using functions in controldict

Hello,
Can anyone tell how to obtain force on a ship using functions in controldict file.
I am not clear with the use of rhoinf
will openFoam not consider the density of fluid for the region above free surface (air) and the region below surface (water) while calculating the forces by default

how to obtain forces on bodies exposed to two phases
