Plot values such as turbulent kinetic energy at the first grid point from the surface

I wan to plot the physical properties such as turbulent kinetic energy, etc at the first grid point from the wall of the circular cylinder along the surface of it in a clockwise direction (from a front stagnation point, 0 degree to 180 degree) using paraView after completing the computation.
I have already tried "plot on intersection curves" ,etc, though...
Unfortunately, I couldn't make it.
What is the easiest way to plot it such like that using paraView?
I will appreciate for your help.
