Hi,

has anybody tried to implement the MIT FX library to openfoam? This could be done either directly or via Paraview I guess. I would be highly interested to have that. HOw could it be done?
One main issue might be that polyhedral cells are not supported and might have to be decomposed.

Hi Bastil,
Forgive my ignorance but what is this library for?
I've searched the net for it and I did not get any feed back... related to cfd.

Hi Bastil,

According to this paper http://ntrs.nasa.gov/archive/nasa/ca...2001002864.pdf Kitware has reviewed it for inclusion in VTK (the visualisation engine of ParaView).
Maybe you can ask them the results of their review?

regards,
Sylvester
