I am just wondering if the OpenFoam provides the functions to extract the triangle mesh(or other kinds) used for the post-processing?
If so, can anybody give me some instructions?
You can use foamToVTK to extra
You can use foamToVTK to extract patches and their data into VTK legacy format.
You can use surfaceMeshTriangulate to triangulate patches (geometry only, no data).
