Hi,

I completed a transient calculation and saved the U/P/gamma fields datasets (say, 20 time steps of data are saved).

How to read in each time step data, perform a calculation of the dataset (say, I want to compute viscosity and density of each cell using gamma), and then save the new computed value to a new filename?

Thanks!

Peiying

Have a look at magU in:

OpenFOAM-1.1/applications/utilities/postProcessing/velocityField

It's basically doing the same thing.
