Maybe the sample tool can do this?

hehmmm, i think you are right..

i already calculate the wall heat Flux.

after i run wallHeatFlux, it generates the new file so called wallHeatFlux.

my next question is,

how to choose the right position (x1, y1, z1) to (x2, y2, z2) ??

Choose it, so the connecting straight line between the two points is equal to your wall.

I also suggest to set type to midPointAndFace so you will get sample data at points identical to your discretization.
