Small speed simpleFoam trouble

Hi everyone!

Ok, I've noticed that when I give a mesh that is relatively large in comparison to the inlet velocity, simulations regularly diverge.

For example, if I take a ship model (scale 1:1), which is 70 [m] long and my inlet speed is 3 [m/s], simpleFoam goes completely nuts.

Notice that Re in that case is still very large, which would mean that RNGkepsilon model should work fine.

Any ideas why this happens and/or advice on what to change in the setup of the simulation?

Thanks!
