Pressure Over Geometry

How is it possible to sample the pressure on a geometry (triSurfaceMesh) for each cell of the surface and getting also information of the size of each cell on the surface? I need this because i need to calculate the produced Lift and Drag of a 3D Wing. thanks in advance Christian
