Using Surface Solution Data as Boundary Condition

Hi,

I have a mesh with two different cell zones. In each cell zone I want to solve different chemical reactions with rhoReactingFoam. The interface between the two cell zones is a
wall with a temperature field that depends on the chemical reactions in both cell zones. I thought about solving this problem in an iterative process, where one cell
zone is calculated at first and the temperature field at the interface is used as boundary condition for the calculation of the other cell zone. How can I write the temperature data
that is calculated in the first cell zone at the interface into a file to use it as boundary condition for the calculation of the second cell zone? I'm using OpenFOAM-2.1.x.

Thanks in advance for any hint,

Matari
