blockMeshForFanPassage
 

Hi there,
I am planning to mesh the fan flow passage using block mesh.
I have the data as a text file (44 txt files). its around 2000 points.
I had a look of mixer 2D vessel, i am not at all getting the blockMeshDict.M4.
I want to know, how can we define the spline.
I have divided the fan in to 22 layer hub to tip (it has twist),

please dont ask me to use gambit or ICEM, I am much more interested to blockMesh.

please help me to sort out this problem.

There are at least two solutions I can think of:

• Do it via Blender and interactively: http://openfoamwiki.net/index.php/SwiftBlock
• Code it in C++, as demonstrated in the tutorials, namely this file "basic/potentialFoam/cylinder/constant/polyMesh/blockMeshDict"! You can see this file online here: https://github.com/OpenFOAM/OpenFOAM.../blockMeshDict
