Good day,
I am trying to map information between two patches. I am making use of OF1806 using simpleFoam and a MRF solver. Attached is an illustration of the problem (not my actual mesh) The blue line represents one patch, and the red line the other. The meshes are non-confromal so I would like to make use of something such as cyclicAMI zeroOrdering to map from one to the other. The areas where A and B overlap, it must simply transfer information (act as internal faces) but region C must act as a wall (zero U, zeroGrad p, etc) as there is no patch to transfer information to. Unfortunately my problem is 3d and quite difficult to mesh conventionally, so I am hoping to achieved the desired effect with this. Is this possible? and if so, what tools will I need? any help would be massively appreciated, thanks! Regards, Zander Meiring |
