Not sure how I could run the Kepsilon model? I mean I would need to implement a new model? or how I can access to the turbulenceProperties dictionary?

any help on it will be appreciated

If you want to get help; you should declare your problem clearly.

However, If you mean that how could you organize turbulence properties and RAS properties files, these files are in tutorial folder, in reactingFoam tutorial case i.e. counterflow2D.
