My goal is to simulate a flow of blood in a vein in the human body. Is it possible I can simulate this flow in a vein that undergoes elastic deformation as the pulse pressure of the blood (i.e., with a vein of Elasticity module)? anyone know at least some keywords to search this?
thank you! |

in openfoam, almost every type of simulation can be done.
if any software is okay for you, you can once have a look in elmer software. There is a tutorial (please download pdf tutorials from elmer documentation) on blood ejection from a ventricle into aorta. yours anil kunwar |

Hello .. I want to simulate a flow of blood in a vein. The vein is rigid (the mesh is attached) with one input and one output. Solvers which I could use to simulate this flow (non-Newtonian)? What should be the best?
Thank you! |
