problems in using LTSReactingFoam

Default problems in using LTSReactingFoam

hi all,

As a newbie of OF, I'm trying to simulate flame in a combustion chamber. As a start, I'm thinking to modify the LTSReactingFoam tutorial, which is a case for 2D laminar counter flow. I only imported my own geometry and changed the boundary condition accordingly. The pre-process runs very well and I can read the geometry and initial condition from paraView. However, it fails to start the first iteration and here is the output when I run LTSReactingFoam:

I also repeated the same processes in ReactingFoam tutorial. It reports the same thing. So I'm wondering if there is any hints on how to debug this problem.
