Hi everyone,
i'm new to OpenFOAM. I would like to use funkySetFields in order to calculate the average value of a field (e.g. T) in a certain part of the domain and then to set an initial condition based on the calculated value. I tried to use the function "average", but it seems to work only with the entire domain. I tried also to use splitMeshRegions and funky seemed to work properly, but the solver that i am using (rhoPimpleFoam) doesn't seem to read the different regions of the domain, and it uses for the calculation the old values. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks in advance
