The case runs, if i don't set the "value" 0. I tried with 5 and it runs!!!

What is the meaning of "Value"? How do i have to choose it?

I have never used totalPressure BC, but as far as I can understand, you should:
1)specify the same value for pressure after p0 and value,
2)use pressure/density, see here.
Thus, your condition should become:

type totalPressure;
[...]
p0 uniform 82714.3;
value uniform 82714.3;
