You didn't match the block faces properly. Uncovered block faces are shown below:



BTW, this should really go into the meshing thread because it's nothing to do with FoamX.

I can see the image, but I'm confused as to what exactly isn't matching up.
Does it have to do with my vertices not being aligned so the blocks aren't touching, or does it have to do with dividing the blocks into cells (because I used (20 20 20) for each one)? Do I need to align each cell of each block? If I have to do that, with my geometry I would need to use a ratio of whole numbers something like 16:600 something:4703, etc, a much too large mesh to run.
