What is the refValue meant to be? Also, I want to have a BC with a fixedValue in one direction and a sinusoidal one in another direction - can I do this with this BC? Why is there a "1+" in the oscillatingFixedValue BC?

How can I modify this BC for vectors? I don't know any C++ so I'm not sure how simple or difficult it will be...
