I'm beginner using open foam and I try to model very simple heat transfer problem. Elbow with 2 inlets and one outlet
HTML Code:
http://img198.imageshack.us/img198/7590/putki.jpg Model works fine without heat tranfer. But when I solve with buoyantBoussinesqSimpleFoam I get following error message: create time Create mesh for time = 0 Reading g Reading thermophysical properties Reading field T Reading field p_rgh Reading field U Reading/calculating face flux field phi Selecting incompressible transport model Newtonian Creating turbulence model Selecting RAS turbulence model kEpsilon --> FOAM FATAL ERROR: Invalid wall function specification Patch type for patch inlet1 must be wall Current patch type is patch What patch type I should use for inlets and outlet? Seems bit strange to use wall for inlet. Is buoyantBoussinesqSimpleFoam solver right choice for this application? |
