Calculating temperature fluctuation in RAS

Hi
Iam simulating turbulent combustion using a RAS method. However I want to know is there a way to calculate fluctuations of temperature and mixture fraction in RAS (I mean T'' & Z'') in openfoam? :rolleyes:
