Capability of coupledMatrix

Hello,

I'm wondering, if the coupledMatrix stuff in OF1.6-ext is the right thing for the following case: I have two scalar equations for two quantities on the same grid, where both variables appear in both equations.

So far I only remember cases where e.g. the temperature in two domains was coupled. Are there further examples?

Yes, there are further examples. Please have a look at Klas Jareteg slides, report, code and tutorials for 'Block-coupled calculations in OpenFOAM'. You can find them in http://www.tfd.chalmers.se/~hani/kurser/OS_CFD/
