rhoCentralFoam: what the role of BCs file

Hi foamers,
I have problem with the solver rhoCentralFoam so I would like to understand its working. When I open the rhoCentralFoam file I see a BCs file but don't understand why there are boundary conditions at this place. Is it boundary conditions just for this solver? |

yeah there are boundary files just for this code for example maxwellslipU
