meaning of two mesh key in createFields

what do 2 terms of "mesh" in the createFields.H mean ?

Dear Behnoud

i suggest you that consider some time for reading C++ and knowing the meaning of constructor
in brief, when you are going to create an object of class, you introduce it by its constructor, now you are going to introduce a volVectorField which construct from two objects IOobject and mesh
