Electrostatic forces between charged particles

1 Attachment(s)
Dear all,

I aim to introduce an electrostatic force between charged particles. I am a beginner in OF programming and I couldn' t find the solution to this problem.

To find the electrostatic force, i firstly have to solve a Poisson eqn for the electrical potential - eqn 13 in the attached paper. The right part of this eqn is the continuous charge density, which it's discrete form is given by eqn. 14 and it's a function of particle's charge (q). With the electrical potential known, the electric field E can be found from eqn 20 and then using eqn 21 we can find the electrostatic force on every particle.

Can anybody help or point out something similar to start from?

Thanks!

Did you find any solution?

I am simulating an ESP problem. Which also involves particle charge techniques. Finding difficulty to model it properly. Did you find any solution for your problem?
