Dear All,

In the openfoam, we can output the wall clock time for the parallel computations using runTime.elapsedClockTime(). But is this for the wall time for one representative processor (for example, root processor) or it is the averaging of wall clock times consumed for all the processors? Each processor may have different wall clock times when they execute the same lines of source code.

Any hints?

Quick answer - Have a look into this test application:
Code:
ls -l $FOAM_APP/test/parallel
