Custom Transport Equation In OpenFoam.

Hi All,

I need to model a transport eqn of form attached here as a jpeg file. Can someone who knows programming in OpenFOAM tell me if this kind of eqn can be programmed in OenFOAM or not ?

Please note that the coefficient Omega used with transient term is a variable term.
