Dan1788 is on a distinguished road

I typed Allwmake in "src/thermophysicalModels" folder to compile a change I had made in the chemistryModel.C file located in "src/thermophysicalModels/chemistryModel" folder.

The compilation did not give me any errors. But when I compile my reactingFoam solver, it gives me the following error message:

symbol lookup error: /home/Dan/apps/OpenFOAM/OpenFOAM-2.2.0/platforms/linux64GccDPOpt/lib/ undefined symbol: _ZN11yyFlexLexer6yywrapEv

Can anyone help me to understand what this means and how I can get rid of this error? Thanks!
