First off I apologize if this is in the wrong section, I wasn't sure which subforum to post this in.
I have OpenFOAM v2.3.0 installed on a RHEL system using the rpm packs for RHEL. This works fine, and I have had it running for a while now. Recently I needed to export the cfd matrices for some matrix solver work, so I ran the Allmake script after setting WM_COMPILE_OPTION=Debug to recompile in debug mode, intending then to use gdb to export the system matrices. However, now whenever I try and run a solver (for example icoFoam), i get an error "Cannot set 0 trapping" from function "Foam::sigWriteNow::sigWriteNow". Did I screw something up somewhere? I really have no idea what this means. Thank you so much for your help! |
