Dear programmers,

I am trying to start programming in OpenFOAM, instead of simply using it..

I am finding this new "hobby" both interesting and challenging. However, I am finding it quite difficult to cope with the implementation of a new solver: could you kindly help?

I have decided (since the problem I want to manage deals with polyurethane) to start from this presentation, trying to duplicate the case presented.

As the authors suggested, I will start to modify the interPhaseChangeFoam solver.

Well, I create a new copy, naming it "myInterPhaseChangeFoam". Now I am ready to begin.

Let's start from the first equation, the continuity equation. I have to add a source term, there. The question is: where do I find the equation to be modified? What should I insert in it? Can anyone kindly help?

And the same for the other equations: who can help?

Thanks a lot,
Samuele
