Just tell me if i am wrong. Suppose i am simulating the transport of a specie, the specie produced due to a reaction will also be transported due to processes such as advection, diffusion etc. Now i will have to add the creation of specie due to reaction in the equation. So will fvOption(rho,Yi) help me in doing this?
