Adding variational equation

Sorry, I just want to know how to add variational equation to icoFoam?
Hope somebody can help and guide me...

hi,

In my case, I want to set the inlet velocity to 0.2m/s and find the optimize outlet pressure. currently, I was used Lagrange method to solve that. so how can I set the equation of the optimization and calculate the velocity error into icofoam?
