Default "schemeBlending" in fvScheme file

Hi everyone,

I am confused the schemeBlending section in fvScheme file like the following:

faceSize1 0.0001;
faceSize2 0.0001;
faceSize3 0.0001;
faceSize4 0.0001;
blendingFactorU1 0.0001;
blendingFactorU2 0.0001;
blendingFactorU3 0.0001;
blendingFactorU4 0.0001;
blendingFactorT1 0.0001;
blendingFactorT2 0.0001;
blendingFactorT3 0.0001;
blendingFactorT4 0.0001;

What do they do?
