Hi everyone,

I'm working with immersed boundary method, trying to implement the direct forcing method.
My test case is a long channel with a particle inside which falls due to gravitational acceleration. I defined the particle by using numerous points distributed on its surface.

My question is: How can i write position of the particle to runtime folders in order to view the move of particle and the change in volume field simultaneously?

Currently i write the position of the particle at each timestep to a .csv file and in a folder named results. Therefore when i open these .csv files in paraview, the particle just moves after paraview have run through all time steps.

Thanks in advance.
