Can VOF be added to TwoPhaseEulerFoam? Version 2.2.2

Can we try to add VOF in twoPhaseEulerFOAM (version 2.2.2)?
IS it possible or does the New version of OpenFOAM 2.4 has already incorporated with VOF in twoPhaseEulerFOAM? Or is there any alternate solvers exist where i track interface heat transfer in a better way if am working with multiphase (two-phase) flow systems?
