How to write an simple diffusion equation.

Hi Foamers,

I am new to OpenFOAM and I need to write a diffusion equation , I have read the examples and I can't identify my case

d[ nu (dT/dx) ] /dx + d[ nu (dT/dy) ] /dy + d[ nu (dT/dz) ] /dz = 0 ;

nu and T are scalar Fields , nu can be a constant to

Thanks for your help

This is written as:

Code:

fvm::laplacian(nu,T)

Take a look at laplacianFoam, this solver solves the diffusion equation.
