Hello guys,

I am new to openFoam and have some flow problems. Now I would like to solve 2D heat transfer problem with two different solid materials (no flow just conduction). Therefore I have chosen the scalarTransportFoam solver, which solves dT/dt + grad(U*T) + laplace(DT*T) = 0 . Due to the fact that I consider solid materials my U-field is set to zero in the boundary and initial conditions.

I would like to know how I can vary my diffusion coefficient/ heat conductivity DT in the field?

Therefore I have created a mesh with gmsh that consists of two sets. When running gmshToFoam in the folder constant/polyMesh/sets two files "Pipe" and "Filling" are created.
How can specify the value of DT for the two sets in the transportProperties file?

Or am I on the path for such a problem?
