wmake problem of myicoFoam.

hey Foamers:

Recently I've been trying to understand the code of OF, I copy the original icoFoam folder to another folder. delete the .dep and linuxGccDPOpt. Then I wmake it. but there is something wrong.

/usr/bin/ld: cannot open output file /opt/openfoam211/platforms/linuxGccDPOpt/bin/icoFoam: Permission denied

I dont know how to deal with this. could u do me a faver check it out?.Thanks very much.

Hello,

did you copy the icoFoam-Folder into your user-directory of OpenFOAM? It´s found with $FOAM_USER_APPBIN and normally located in /home/<user>/OpenFOAM/<user>-<version>/applications/. And did you do all the other staff, rename solver, change Make/files and so on?
