I am having this issue with grids from snappyHexMesh. For external aero solutions (simpleFoam), I get explosions of very high pressure values where the number of layers goes from 1 to 0 (i.e., wedge cells). The high pressure points only happen in these cells.

Any ideas how to damp them out, or, ideally, prevent their generation within snappyHexMesh? Attached is a picture to illustrate the issue.
