(u' v' w') write velocity fluctuations in LES?

Hallo All,
I am doing an LES simulation and I want to write the velocity fluctuations as probe data over time.
I would really appreciate if someone could help.

regards,
Awais

Hi
1- Calculate the averaged velocity by summing the instantaneous velocities of each time steps divided by the number of time steps.
2- the fluctuated velocity = averaged velocity - instantaneous velocity (for each time steps)
