Hi to everybody! I've got a really simple question:

if I want to calculate a surface normal gradient is there a difference between

u.snGrad()

and

volVectorField gradu = fvc::grad(u)
gradu.boundaryField()[patchI].patchInternalField() & patch.n()
?

Thanks in advance,
Simone
