Argon jet into Air : which solver should I use ?

Hi,

I'm trying to solve for a (laminar) jet of (pure) Argon in ambiant air. I want to study the mixing between the gases.

However, I'm not sure of the solver I should use for that : I've been using reactingFoam, but I'm not sure that it takes into account the difference of density/compressibility effects/...

Which solver would you advise me to use in order to do that ?

I'm currently using sprayFoam for a similar case, with injection, radiation, combustion and reactions off. So far my results look quite reasonable. Although sprayFoam seems to be quite consuming in terms of calculation time I think it's worth a try.

Maybe you could compare it to reactingFoam and let me know about the results? I'm unfortunately lacking the time and computation power to do so, but I assume that sprayFoam with all the options turned off is almost the same as reactingFoam.
