Default Relaxation Factors for transient solvers

in rhoCentralFoam there isn't relaxation factors in fvSolution at all.how can add these parameters?is it suitable adding the relaxation factors for a transient problem?

As far as I know, you should not do this. It just doesn't really make sense either if you're interested in an accurate prediction of the transient flow. So it wouldn't surprise me if they just didn't include it in the fvSolution for the solver ...
