Hello,
I am attempting to simulate spray and combustion with multiple injections using sprayEngineFoam. I have used the system folder and engine-geometry files of enginefoam and the spraycloudproperties/chemistry/thermophysical/combustion files of sprayfoam. My simulation runs fine with a single injection event, however when I implement multiple injections the programme fails with a segmentation fault at the start of the second injection. The logs show no indication of anything out of the ordinary. I have attached my case folder, please could someone look at this and let me know where I could be going wrong. I am using OF-2.1.x . Many Thanks, ris. |

I tried to implement this in openfoam-1.6-ext with the same mesh and comparable settings but it fails from a sigFloat error.
Does anyone have any ideas on this or the above post? Or maybe a working case that contains multiple injection events that I could have a look at. ris. |

Have you turned on all the debug flags for the lagrangian clouds in OpenFOAM-2.1.x/etc/controlDict? Not all the flags are on by default; turn on anything that says cloud/particle/parcel to see if you get any more useful output.
