Incompressible Lagrangian Solvers?

Is there an incompressible Lagrangian (particle-tracking) solver in OpenFOAM? If not, is there a reason why?

I'm currently using sprayFoam for a steam/water problem at relatively low velocity, and because of the compressibility of the solver, the density being calculated is significantly different from what the IAPWS steam tables provide. Any insight is appreciated.
