how to obtain pressure in outlet from solution?

I want to obtain pressure at a outlet patch.I don't know the pressure there.then i can't set pressure fixed at this outlet.in return pressure at this patch should be obtained from solution.then how it should be done.clearly say what boundary condition is better to set at such a patch?

any replacement for pressure at outlet?is temperature sufficient?(we although know the pressure from an article want to obtain it for verifying our results.is it possible or give true results by this scheme?)
