Dynamic Mesh Modeling - Six Degree Rigid Body Motion

Dear All,
I am switching from Ansys Fluent to Openfoam and definitely new to Openfoam environment. I modeling the flow between two flapping blocks. I think the "Six Degree Rigid Body Motion" is the answer for my case. But I am not sure the meaning of constrains and strains in this object.
As in my case effect of viscosity and pressure on the blocks are negligible, should I still define the strains and constrains?
Is there any tutorial beside the Openfoam tutorial regarding the Dynamic Mesh modeling for a moving/rotating object? Something like movingBlockRBF, unfortunately that tutorial and icoDyMfoamRBF is not available on the newer versions of Openfoam,
Thanks
Matt
