simpleFoam steady flow underwater

Hi,
I'm new with CFD and openfoam.
I want to find the pressure over faces of a body fully submerged in water like a submarine in deep sea.
So I want to model a steady flow of water with simplefoam but I don't want to simulate turbulance and pressure over walls of my virtual sea.
Can you tell me about the right tutorial in openfoam for this situation or the right boundary conditions that i have to use?

I am also investigating the flow phonenomenon associated with a stratified fluid over a submerged body. Have you solved your problem?
