whats absolute function in groovyBC?mag?
 
does mag plays the role of absolute in expressions like mag(internalField(U).x)?it means velocity in positive x direction?

i have tried that since a lot of time ago.but i have doubt that does this term gives what i want and intended or not.
i'm not inside the code that can aware of what happening in it.so i should as for certainty.
are you tired from answering?

If you see no progress on the other side (still the same kind of questions after 500 postings) answering seems like a futile exercise.

mag gives the magnitude for everything. Which for scalars happens to be the absolute value

no problem.i've seen such answers that says "no question" in other threads during my searches.since i don't become sad after seeing this irrelevant answers.
my adviser had told me to say "not knowing isn't bad,but not asking is bad" to they afraid of increasing of someone's threads.i see its useful now.
its good that we don't eliminate our goodness by obligation(if i have choose a proper word)
my questions are different and im progressing a lot from zero so that other students are learning by the help of me.
