scalarSemiImplicitSource with time-varying values

Dear all,
I'm trying to inject some tracer material into my simulation using the scalarSemiImplicitSource (in conjunction with a scalarTransport function object). All examples usually inject a fixed amount x for a fixed time t. I want to specify time-varying injection values now. So I am looking for a way to get my values into the scalarSemiImplicitSource (e.g. one value per second). Is there such a way? Or do I have to use the codedSource? (if I have to use the codedSource: How would I implement such a table there?) |

Hi,
You should be able to define a table, the syntax might change depending of the OpenFOAM version you are using.

Oh, that was easy. Should have read the header of the source completely! Thanks for pointing out the solution
