Hi to all,
I have a simple question about the transport properties of atmosphere. Why atmospheric rho and nu are respectively 1 and 1,48e-5 and not 1,225 and 1,79e-5?

Hi,

I you are using a flow solver, where the equations are normalised by the density, then it has no effect (besides for runTime- and post-processing), which value you specify.

Please note that nu is the kinematic molecular viscosity and not the dynamic molecular viscosity.

Sorry, what do you refer to by "serious negligence"; I might be able to elaborate on it?

the neglicence is mine when I exchanged kinematic molecular viscosity with the dynamic molecular viscosity...
